03-22-2012 This wasn't an actual service reference. But I wanted to give Debi an A+ for customer service. I have a problem with a hard drive and given all my personal information, I'm not willing to give it to just anyone. Debi talked to me about what was going on and referred me to a fellow geek who specializes in hardware. She is obviously very knowledgeable about technology and was upfront about her ability to fix this problem. If I have software or training needs I will definitely use this company. Good job! 2-16-2012 I would like to recommend Debi Hagan for her vast expertise for all things relating to computers. She's very knowledgeable and patient. I have called on her several times and she has been most helpful in making the complex become simple. I was having a great deal of trouble adapting to an Apple from a PC and Debi opened the door to understanding. In the beginning, I hired someone from the big electronic store and they did nothing but confuse me more than ever. When I found Debi, it was like a breath of sanity and fresh air. If you have computer problems, Debi is the one to call for satisfaction.

05-20-2011 Debi (the Queen Geek) came to our home and got our printer to print, after I had tried other services. She also cleaned out many viruses and told us what to do and what not to do to avoid getting more viruses. I learned a great deal from her and she will definitely be the first one I will call the next time I have a problem or just need some training to do more with my computer. She charges by the hour but she got a great deal done in that hour. It was the best value for $50 I have ever received. She arrived exactly on time. She was professionally dressed and very friendly. She immediately went to our computer and asked what the problem was. She started work immediately. She told us what she was doing and the results. When she saw a problem she explained it and fixed it. :My husband sat in on the session and he said he understood a lot more about the computer than he had before. 05-13-2011 I was on the computer when strange virus windows starting popping up....i had used Ms Hagan before, a year ago, and since the service was so good I had kept her card and called her back....she came right out and worked on it for 2 hours then took it to her home so she could use her resources there...it only took another couple hours to fix but she only charged me for an additional half hour.....when she brought it back and hooked it up it was working like a dream!!! I couldn't believe the magic this woman has for doing this kind of stuff!...thank you Debi and if anything happens again I will ALWAYS call her!!!

Her prices are so reasonable and her skills are amazing!!! My computer was messed up big and she saved it and was wonderful!!! I'll never trust another person to touch my computer except for her!!! She is AWESOME and would gladly recommend her to anyone!! As a matter of fact, my neighbor saw her vehicle in front of my house asked for her card and she worked on his computer too...he said his computer is super fast and cleaned and working like it was brand new!!!
